Facebook Can Get You Fired!

Yes it can and it will. As millions of people including you and yours truly, we think that going on Facebook in our own spare time is our own business. However, many companies are joining the "Facebook Watch" where Human Resources will often search 'People' for company employees who are on Facebook.

Just when we think that it's alright to post what we feel, do, and encounter at work- the company may not be of the same thought. In fact the people in Human Resources may think that you are disclosing way too much and bringing down the company reputation. Drastic actions may even include DI and lead to the BIG ENVELOPE. Strange? but true. So be careful from now on. You just don't know who may be watching...
