Managing by Profile and Saving Cost at the same time

Once you profile your business into specific areas and categories, start by identifying the costs associated with each of those categories. Surely there are better ways of doing it and by so identifying your costs you will be able to decide whether they are necessary or can be reduced or even be improved. use benchmark data to create your custom cost reduction assessment. This os what I term cost reduction assessment and it helps to define the opportunities at hand. Examples of the categories that are important are: Salary and Staffing, Project Portfolio & Business Management, Supplier (Vendor) and Outsourcing Management, and Discretionary Items. When you manage your business well, you stand to win.
