Make sure you convey the right message

After I discuss my objectives and current exciting changes, I never assume that others are aware of the priorities as they may not be up to date on the intentions. therefore, I always make it a point to go over the plans again. This definitely ensures that they don't have it wrong and at the same time allows me to reaffirm and update my thinking as well.
